Western blot analysis of lysates from K562, mouse NIH/3T3 cell line (from left to right), using MESDC2 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. #P32571). P32571 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of MESDC2 Antibody (C-term)(Cat#P32571) with 293 cell followed by Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
